Ship agency

We act on behalf of the ship owner and take arrangements towards the authorities, customs services, border security services and trade partners taking part in the transportation of goods for the sake of the agented ship, its cargo and crew.

Our ship agent services:

• keeping contact and exchanging information with the ship's owner, the ship's master, port authorities, shippers as well as the parties involved in the freight forwarding.
• Accomplishing administrative tasks related to the ship, the cargo, the crew (e.g.: reception and delivery of freight documents, arranging customs examination and border inspections at entering and exiting, reporting to port authorities, preparation and checking of loading time sheets etc.)
• port activities, supervise of loading, to arrange and supervise lightenings
• technical maintenance of ships (e.g. arrangement of repairs, procurement of parts, ordering bunkering, electricity and water bunker etc.)
• taking care of the ship's crew (ordering groceries, arranging medical care etc.)
